I did a little tally up the other day and it turns out I have now written 18 copies of Crystal Payroll's monthly edition of Crystal News. Wow, doesn't time fly. We've evolved the newsletter into a nice simple 3-piece format - with a little bit of 'General News' (where we often give a little something away or promote a system enhancement), one or two 'Tips from the Support Desk' and a brief message to our business partners (mainly book-keepers and accountants). Readership is good (over 30%) and business is booming.
